Each spring, Pebble Beach Food & Wine gathers well-known chefs and winemakers for four days on the Monterey Peninsula. In 2027, it runs Thursday, April 1, through Sunday, April 4.
What to expect
- Tasting events with food and wine from many chefs and wineries.
- Cooking demonstrations and wine seminars.
- Dinners and special events, many of which sell out early.
Planning your tickets
Check the official site (https://www.pebblebeachfoodandwine.com/) for the 2027 program, ticket packages, and on-sale dates. If there is one event you cannot miss, buy that ticket as soon as it is released.
Getting there
Pebble Beach is about 12 minutes from Pacific Inn. Plan a rideshare or a designated driver for tasting events, and allow extra time at the 17-Mile Drive gates on busy days.
Fill out the weekend
- Drive 17-Mile Drive on a morning without events and stop at the Lone Cypress.
- Walk Carmel-by-the-Sea's galleries and courtyards, about 11 minutes from the hotel.
- April is whale season. Whalefest Monterey on Old Fisherman's Wharf follows the next weekend, April 10 and 11.
